Refund and Cancellation Policy
Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided or products delivered, we will refund the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it or availing, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.
In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to escalate to the higher authority via contact link. However, if the customer is totally unsatisfied with the product or service provided refund/cancellation is possible after due scrutiny of the issue independently.
Cancellation Policy
Any service/training/project pre-arranged is to be cancelled 7 business days prior to the original commencement date, in such case a complete refund will be provided within 14 business days to the same mode of payment.
Requests received later than the aforementioned duration of the service/training/project will not be considered for cancellation/refund process.

Refund Policy
We will try our best to create the suitable design concepts for our clients.
In case any of our client is completely unsatisfied with our products we can provide a refund (terms and conditions as applicable).
Products delivered if damaged upon arrival will be replaced by us, in case of non-compliance of the required time and non-availability a complete refund will be provided.
Products after use found fault with will be also considered for replacement/refund if it complies with the warranty terms and conditions.
Products opened and used but not liked will not be considered for replacement/refund.
Courses
Propel.study reserves the right to cancel courses on notice and will offer learners a full refund of unattended classes.
You are requested to retain from cancelation of your respective course/s as no refund will be made under such circumstances.
We also reserve the right to terminate any learner, after the onset of the course, who does not have acceptable conduct over a period of time.
Our forum is not liable for loss of sessions or other services due to factors outside our control.
