As a Business Development Associate, you will be the driving force behind our business growth, responsible for fostering relationships with potential clients and maximizing revenue opportunities. Your role will encompass managing both incoming and outgoing sales calls and emails, as well as responding to website queries promptly and effectively. Additionally, you will play a key role in enhancing our digital presence and implementing strategies to attract and engage prospective clients.

Job Description:

• Conduct inbound and outbound sales calls and emails to engage with potential leads, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions that align with their requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients.
• Implement strategies to effectively communicate the value proposition and benefits of upselling options.
• Manage and enhance the organization’s digital presence across various online platforms, developing digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and attract new clients.
• Respond promptly and professionally to website queries, providing accurate information and assistance to address customer inquiries and concerns.
• Field visits to client or lead locations as needed to further understand their requirements, address concerns, and strengthen relationships.

As an Associate Trainer, your primary responsibility will be delivering trainings directly at schools, ensuring accessibility and convenience for students. You will play a pivotal role in facilitating the delivery of curriculum to students, teachers, and parents according to the project and agenda set forth by the organization. Additionally, you will be instrumental in fostering brand visibility among students and cultivating a vibrant student community. Your responsibilities will encompass providing support for project building, conducting workshops, installations, and product demonstrations to enhance students’ practical skills and knowledge.

Job Description: 

• Deliver curriculum content based on assigned projects and agendas, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and learning outcomes.
• Design and facilitate engaging, informative, and hands-on training sessions that cater to diverse learning styles and preferences.
• Cultivate a strong student community through networking opportunities, forums, and collaborative projects, fostering an environment conducive to learning and growth.
• Offer guidance and resources to students to support them in their project building endeavors.
• Conduct workshops to augment students’ practical skills and knowledge, providing them with hands-on experience with industry-standard tools and equipment.
• Demonstrate products to familiarize students with relevant tools, technologies, and software pertinent to their field of study, facilitating their understanding and proficiency.
• Administer assessments and evaluations to gauge student progress and proficiency, utilizing results to inform curriculum development and enhancement.
• Continuously update and upskill oneself with various and recent technologies relevant to the field, ensuring the delivery of cutting-edge training and staying abreast of industry advancements.
