Job Description: Associate Trainer (STEM)
As an Associate Trainer, you will play a key role in delivering impactful STEM-focused training programs to students, educators, and professionals. You will be responsible for designing, conducting, and evaluating training sessions that foster practical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and innovation. Your role will involve engaging with learners through workshops, seminars, and interactive sessions, while also contributing to curriculum development and content creation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality STEM training sessions, workshops, and hands-on activities for students and educators.
- Develop engaging training materials, lesson plans, and digital content aligned with STEM education goals.
- Mentor and guide learners to enhance critical thinking, innovation, and real-world application of STEM concepts.
- Collaborate with institutions, schools, and organizations to conduct training programs.
- Evaluate participant performance and provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest STEM trends, tools, and technologies to integrate into training sessions.
- Support in designing and enhancing digital learning platforms and content.
- Conduct field visits or on-site training sessions as required.
